Raising a child is the most important project you'll ever run.
Kokoto is the AI orchestration layer that helps you actually run it. 15 minutes a week. Personalized for your kid, dispatched to your care team, learning every day.
Mark is into dinosaurs and learning numbers.
Find 3 stones at the park, name each after a dinosaur, count them out loud, send a photo.
Parents who care most about their kid's development have the least time to design it.
Modern parenting is already coordinated across nannies, grandparents, tutors, daycare, and screens. The infrastructure never evolved.
Approve the week.
AI generates a personalized program from your child's profile, milestones, and what worked last week. You review and adjust in 15 minutes.
We run the day.
Daily tasks get dispatched to whoever's on duty — nanny, grandparent, tutor, you. Each one specific, doable, and tied to a developmental goal.
It gets sharper.
Every photo, note, and outcome updates your kid's profile. Tuesday builds on Monday. Next week's program is closer to who your kid actually is.

AI will change what children need to learn. But the most formative developmental window still runs on fragmented human coordination.
That infrastructure layer does not exist yet. We're building it.
I built Kokoto because I needed it. Raising children across 37 countries with rotating caregivers, I spent years writing operational docs just to make daily life work.
Kokoto started as the system behind my own household. It's been running our family for the last four months.
